Terms and Conditions

All communications regarding Tours/Travel Services and bookings should be directed to Vaijar el mundo.

Booking

Upon confirmation of booking, your contract is with Viajar el mundo. A contract is established when we confirm your tour/travel services and receive the deposit amount from you.

Payment

For the services contracted, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is to be paid by you to M/s viajar el mundo. The deposit is required to secure the booking on a confirmed basis.

Balance Payment

The balance payment is to be made 15 days prior to the start of services. Any booking made within 15 working days of the service date is considered a late booking, and the full and final payment is required at the time of booking itself.

Note: For special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali, etc.), full payment is required at the time of booking itself. In some cases, after the 25% advance payment to confirm bookings, additional advance may be required before the final balance payment date, depending on the contractor/supplier’s payment deadline.

Mode of Payment

International clients can make payments using the following methods:

Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro).
Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club).
Bank / Telex Transfer to our Bank A/c.

Note: In case of payment through credit/debit card, a 3% bank charge will be levied on the total amount. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. Bank charges for remittance would be borne by the payer.

Special Note

Viajar el mundo employees or agents will not request your Card Number, CVV, Net Banking login, Password, OTP, etc. Nor will they ask you to transfer funds to a personal account or install third-party apps like Any Desk, TeamViewer, etc. Please do not act on such requests. Report such incidents to Viajar el mundo

Policy Regarding Cancellation/No Show/Early Departure

Each tour has its own cancellation policy (as stated on the description page). In the absence of a specific policy, the following will be applied:

60 days & prior to arrival – 10% of the tour/service cost.
59 days to 30 days prior to arrival – 20% of the tour/service cost.
29 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 25% of the tour/service cost.
14 days to 08 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour/service cost.
07 days & less, prior to arrival or no show – NO REFUND.

Refund

Unused/unutilized services’ refund will be based on the cancellation policy mentioned above. Refunds may take 2 – 4 weeks due to banking procedures. Bank charges, if any, will be debited from the refund amount.

Mandatory Identification Documents

All guests (Foreign Nationals, NRI’s, and Indian Nationals) must provide Photo ID at the time of booking confirmation:

Foreign nationals – copy of Passport + Visa is mandatory.
Non-Resident Indians (NRI) – copy of passport.
Overseas Indian clients with OCI/PIO card – copy of passport and OCI/PIO card.
Domestic clients – copy of Driving License / Voter ID Card / passport.

Extra Usage of Vehicle

The cost of extra vehicle usage after transfer or sightseeing is not included in the services.

Our Liabilities and Limitations

After finalization, any increase in entrance fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges will be charged extra.
Rates are based on negotiations with hotels, airlines, etc., and are subject to change without notice.
Itineraries are sample itineraries, and we reserve the right to amend aspects without notice for safety, comfort, or other reasons.
We are not responsible for delays, changes, or expenses due to natural hazards, government actions, or any causes beyond our control.
Visitors are advised to seek insurance for accident, sickness, theft, etc., in their home country.
We reserve the right to cancel services if impracticable, with a refund.

Force Majeure

Neither Viajar el mundo nor the client shall be responsible for any failure or delay in performance of obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

Jurisdiction Clause

All disputes will be subject to Delhi Courts.
